Applicable Law and Disagreements

Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return our products, except in the following cases:
- If an incomplete or incorrect order is sent.
- If a product is defective.
Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the delivery of the order to the address you provided. Returns can be made either by visiting our store in person (within the above deadline) or by courier (with delivery to our company within the above deadline). In this case, you will not be charged any shipping costs, provided you use the courier company that delivered the order to you. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and inform you if you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of your order.
You must also inform us in advance at info@greekislandsstore.gr.
Our products must be in their original condition and accompanied by the legal purchase document.
The refund or replacement of your order will be processed immediately after consultation with you.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product.
