Description
Chilopites. A word that carries memories of centuries. The smell of freshly baked pasta, drying in midsummer, on white sheets, in grandmother’s house… It is perhaps one of the oldest pasta in the Mediterranean basin. In ancient Greece, we know that housewives used to make ‘laganon’, a round and thin dough made of flour and water, which, once dry, they would crush by hand and create a pasta similar to today’s noodles. Agrozymi’s vegetable noodles ‘steal’ flavour and colour from spinach, beetroot, red pepper and cuttlefish ink. ∆They create easy, eye-catching dishes and are delicious even on their own. Enjoy them with a little raw extra virgin olive oil, or a little fresh butter and freshly ground pepper.
