Description
Fermented with 6-day sourdough. Traditional recipe of Thassos, with soft flour, durum wheat semolina, goat’s milk and broth. Out of respect for tradition, hand rubbing could not be substituted. The tasty result justifies. It is combined with feta cheese or even lightly fried onion and chicken! It is cooked in boiling water, with a little oil and constantly stirred.
