Description
Fermented with homemade day sourdough. Based on the traditional recipe of Thassos, with flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh vegetables (beet, bell pepper, carrot, tomato, spinach and onion). Out of respect for tradition, hand rubbing could not be substituted. The tasty result justifies. It is combined with feta cheese, tomato sauce or even lightly fried onion and seafood! Perfect for fasting without discounting the taste! It is cooked in water, with a little oil, which is stirred and constantly stirred. It replaces rice in all soups.
