“KAVALAS OUZO” after its dilution phase with desalinated water of the city of Kavala, to reach the desired alcoholic strength (37.5% vol), remains for maturation in stainless steel tanks and is then bottled. It is drunk cold, with cold water or ice. Avoid exposure to the sun. Excellent with appetizers, seafood, salads and cheeses. Suitable as a digestive after a good meal.
