Eucalyptus honey has an imposing golden colour with a strong taste and aroma. It is collected from the eucalyptus flowers in sunny Rhodes. It is consumed plain, with fresh bread, accompanies hard spicy cheeses and thanks to its special aromatic character it can easily be added to salads and desserts.
