Description
Chilopites. A word that carries memories of centuries. The smell of fresh pasta drying in midsummer, on white sheets, in grandmother’s house… It is perhaps one of the oldest pasta in the Mediterranean basin. In ancient Greece, we know that housewives made ‘laganon’, a round and thin dough of flour and water, which, once dry, they crushed by hand to create a pasta similar to today’s noodles. Agrozymi noodles have all the flavour of tradition and are made with strictly selected ingredients. Noodles are the kind of pasta that cannot be drained. They are served with their spilled dough, hence their current name. Enjoy them with braised rooster, with chicken fillets, with a feta sauce or plain with a spoonful of yoghurt and a little freshly ground pepper.
