Description
Bombay Sapphire is produced based on a recipe from 1761. It is not produced in the traditional way, i.e. by boiling, but through an extraction process, in which the alcohol is passed through the herbs in the form of vapour. This allows each delicate aroma to be fully absorbed. Natural aromas combine to create a subtle, fragrant taste of citrus and wild cypress, rich and exotic spices with a hint of sweetness. The taste is smooth, light yet peppery.
